In a press release, it was announced former kart racer Stephen Mallozzi and RBR employee Johnathan Cuevas would be the program’s two inaugural drivers. Reaume expressed a desire to help young drivers the way he had been helped throughout his career, and felt creating a development program was the best way to go about doing so.
